Black sand beaches, caves, unique rock formations - such is the daily scenery around Vik. Actually - a funny story about this spot. This was taken around 7pm; we had been on the road for about 8 hours from our home-base in Seflfoss and were starving. We finally found a place to rest and re-fuel (lamb soup). After dinner - I ventured out with my camera to checkout the beach, while the girls settled the tab. I actually had no idea how epic this beach was - they ended up trekking out to the beach some 30 minutes later to find me. I
